How does the points system work?

Every task has a point value based on complexity. A report = 1 point, an automation = 2 points, a data migration = 4 points. You submit tasks — we deliver them and deduct the points. Transparent and predictable.

Can I switch tiers?

Yes, at any time effective the next month. If your needs grow, you can simply upgrade. Unused point balances are carried over.

What happens to unused points?

Points can be accumulated for 1–3 months depending on tier. That keeps you flexible and means you don’t lose value in quieter months.

Is the subscription cancellable monthly?

Yes. No long-term commitments. You can cancel monthly. We’re confident you’ll stay because you see results — not because a contract locks you in.

Do I need the Revenue Engine or Quick Start first?

Not strictly, but recommended. Ongoing Optimization is especially effective once your Salesforce is cleanly set up. Many clients start with Quick Start or the Revenue Engine and then move into the subscription.
